MAGIC SHOW
What could be more astonishing than a prestidigitator? Illusionism is most often practised by artists in the entertainment world. The magician has trained himself to create illusions that deceive our senses: he makes various things appear and disappear, defies gravity, transforms matter, reads minds, sees into the future. With his tricks and skills, with his skill and his pitch, with theatrical staging, subtle lighting or musical background, the magician creates a context through which his trick – sometimes very simple but clever – becomes so amazing as to create the illusion that a mystery has just happened before our eyes. In each of these windows, we are invited to witness one of our magician’s tricks of prestidigitation. He will surprise us by playing with the objects of the Maison Hermès. A set of drapes at the back of the window dramatizes the show curtain and enhances the idea of astonishment.
